Released in late 2008, Paper Plane Pilot's debut album, First Flight,
represents the end of a musical journey spanning nearly three years.
This single borrows two songs from that release, This Place and The
Only Thing, available now for free to Corpid listeners.
A self-proclaimed "band of one," Paper Plane Pilot is the creation of Californian Dustin Frelich, a computer musician that has been making music in one form or another for as long as he can remember. Combining introspective songwriting with catchy melodies and classic electronic pop, Frelich creates and produces music in his modest personal studio, which just so happens to be located in a spare bedroom. Frelich hopes that one day he'll be able to make a paper plane that flies forever.
